Group Classes

All group classes are held at our Training and Behavior Center in Sacramento.

Group classes are not appropriate for problem behaviors such as aggression or excessive barking. 4Paws University offers custom training/behavior programs for dogs that need more than obedience training.

PUPPY KINDERGARTEN

For puppies 13-20 weeks of age. Provides socialization to other dogs and people and teaches age-appropriate obedience and basic manners.

BASIC OBEDIENCE

This class teaches basic obedience, such as sit, down, stay and the fundamentals of good leash manners. Age: 5 mos - Adult.

Graduates of the Basic Obedience program qualify to attend additional Intermediate classes and clinics.

INTERMEDIATE OBEDIENCE

This class increases reliability around distraction, with emphasis on working toward off-leash reliability and skills necessary for Canine Good Citizen test.

Graduates of the Intermediate program will qualify to attend advanced clinics.
